Office of strategic studies of Solaleh

After several decades of experience and continuous activity in education and training, Solaleh’s strategic studies office was formed to establish the systematic entry of Solaleh into the fields of theorizing in education and training. In this unit, by researching modern knowledge, studying the experiences of domestic and foreign educational-cultural institutions, using the experiences of Iran’s educational leaders, repeatedly analyzing the current situation and reviewing and evaluating the lived experience of schools of the same horizon, the necessary contents are compiled. In this collection of studies, research activities are categorized and studied in the relevant working groups and adapted to the national and tribal spaces. After the conclusion of each working group, the results of the studies are provided to the High Council of Solaleh Education and the strategic documents of education and training of the Solaleh are updated after the approval of this council.
In the office of strategic studies, after the formation of the main documents, the compilation and organization of the indicators and performance standards of the centers in all executive, educational, administrative, legal, and financial fields are carried out by the basic statements of the dynasty until the necessary implementations are made. To carry out study and implementation and operational projects in centers that use lineage models. These rails create structural coherence in similar movements and make the process of quality control and growth and improvement paths of each project clearer and easier.

This research core, in a joint study program with one of the prestigious centers of genetic studies in Tehran, designs programs for measuring abnormalities and special talents. This program helps us in three important areas to double the educational effectiveness of Solaleh: First, the necessity and the general educational frameworks of children are identified individually and more precisely in their development path. Infrastructure contents

In this section, all upstream documents, including national documents and documents arising from the lived experiences of Solaleh, are located and it specifies what are the basic pillars for cultural and educational influence in different formats. These infrastructural contents also provide action frameworks at different levels from the point of view of the audience,  managers, society, etc.
The national infrastructure contents include the fundamental transformation document, the national curriculum, and the statement of the second step of the revolution. Also, the infrastructural documents of the dynasty include the statement of genuine education, 27 indicators, goals, values, approaches, and continuous development documents.

Compilation of twenty-seven indicators of Solaleh’s standards

After five years after the start of the establishment of Solaleh children’s houses and following the expansion and addition of other branches and centers, and with the perspective that the founders of these collections will intend to launch and expand the quantity and quality of similar children’s houses in the future. The founding board saw the necessity of compiling standards and single indicators for better monitoring and control of these centers. Since the beginning of 2016, the creation and compilation of the necessary indicators for children’s houses (with the approach of family and child education and training from birth to seven years) has started in the supervision and standardization office. The purpose of these standards is minimum quality control in children’s houses and unit supervision and evaluation of centers based on common criteria while maintaining the independence and management style of each center. It seems that in addition to these goals, this manual can help the internal managers of children’s houses in the direction of better management and leadership of their centers.

Brand Book is the visual and organizational identity of the educational cultural complex of Solaleh

Several concepts have been considered in designing the visual identity of Solaleh educational cultural complex; Creating a sense of confidence and peace of mind and trust, the concept of growth and maturity, bringing the child to a stage where, knowing his/her talent and abilities, he/she can be individually on his/her growth path, and before the two colors, violet, purple and turquoise blue are the colors that are considered as The organizational colors of the collection are taken into account. Choosing these two colors according to the visual and psychological characteristics of each one helps to advance the defined goals in creating a visual identity. Features of purple color: This color, which is a combination of red and blue, somehow shows the harmony between reason and emotions, spirituality and materiality. Therefore, it includes a wide range of human psychological and emotional characteristics. Because one of the main functions of Solaleh is to recognize this psychological range and create a balance in them, purple violet color has been chosen as one of the organizational colors. Features of turquoise blue color: Turquoise blue color creates a sense of calmness and trust due to being in the blue color spectrum. But turquoise blue has always been a color with positive semiotic values in Iran, and it can be called an Iranian color and symbol

Improvement plans

With the passage of time and the rapid process that local societies and global society are experiencing, it is always necessary to update all curriculum, program plans, contents of sub-courses, supplementary programs and education and training flowcharts in all age groups. Update  to the conditions and developments of the day. Also, the longitudinal connection of the programs of different age periods in multiple developmental areas and multiple educational indicators should be reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
For this purpose, “improvement programs” are formed for different age periods and in several working groups, and the results of the studies are provided to the organizing group of “infrastructure contents” for final control and inclusion in the upstream documents.

Project 1400 to improve educational content from 0 to 6 years, the first phase

The first phase of improving the plan of lessons from birth to six years of age started in the early months of 2021. Two specialized working groups of educators and educational managers from birth to 3 years old and from 3 years old to 6 years old were formed under the supervision and content guidance of the Solaleh Foundation. During nearly 10 months of continuous work, all the educational plans of these age groups that were collected from the centers of partners, the review, and summary of the best lesson plans and programs, and educational initiatives were collected and in the binders. The second phase of improving the plan of lessons from birth to six years of age started immediately after the end of the first phase of improvement. In the first phase, all the lived experiences were gathered, and in this phase, the educational and learning packages of other international institutions, which were recently provided to the Council of Clan Education, were also reviewed, and the second version of the packages of these age courses was .updated and was published

2022 educational and training content improvement project – primary school books, first phase

Solaleh’s books in different developmental areas include continuums from birth to six years of age until the end of primary school, and the continuous connections of skills, learning indicators, capabilities, and key c,ompetencies between different grades until the end of primary school are established.  This improvement program was initiated in the summer of 2022 by the experienced educational managers of Solaleh and is still ongoing.

Development of human resource empowerment programs

Human resources are one of the most important assets of any organization, and for integrated growth and moving in line with its goals and prospects, it is necessary to plan step by step to improve them. Trainers, managers, administrative and executive personnel, and the fathers and mothers of Solaleh each have their special contribution to the forward movement of Solaleh and should play their role well in the educational programs of Solaleh. On the other hand, each of the people who somehow join the dynasty is in harmony with the dynasty culture to some extent, and to reach common literature and move harmoniously in the determined horizons, we have to take steps by step. Human resource empowerment programs carry the mission of designing and updating these steps for different groups of human resources and have tried to provide a precise definition of the short-term and long-term qualitative perspectives of different human resources by accurately determining these steps.

In this plan, specific term programs have been developed to empower teachers and learning facilitators from birth to the end of 6 years. After passing the general courses, the trainers and facilitators, according to their interests, abilities, and grades, enter the specialized training courses in the desired field and after passing the courses, they receive the relevant certificate.

Parents and trainers are always present side by side in Solaleh educational programs and stabilize and strengthen each other’s work, and the lack of coordination between these two important educational factors can cause irreparable damage to the educational program, especially during the period from birth to six years old.
