The birth of a child is a moment. But this moment is the beginning of thousands of journeys, all of which is the rebirth of a human being. Births can be valuable steps in the path of our children’s growth. In this way, the more accurate and rich the awareness of parents and nobles of all those involved in the field of education is about children’s development and the basic steps of this path, the more we can be sure bout the future of our children.
Pregnancy and the early years of childhood are the most golden times that should be taken into consideration for an effective movement in education. It is during this time that the child’s educational foundation is formed and we can be most effective as a teacher or parents. Solaleh, focusing on this age period and considering its importance in culture formation and intellectual cultivation, entered this arena in 2009.
Education and upbringing in this golden age are possible only with the cooperation of family and teachers side by side. For this reason, from the very beginning of the activity, mother and child workshops, parental knowledge programs, and family leadership were included in the agenda of Solaleh trainers and educational planners.
Until today, the sphere of influence of these programs was limited only to the families who were directly addressed in the children’s solaleh houses. Therefore, we decided to expand the scope of our activities in line with educational justice so that all children and mothers, and fathers of our beloved land can benefit from it.
All families need “companion help” to acquire the necessary skill sets in parenting. “Matiyar”, the most comprehensive child-rearing system in Iran, provides the possibility of expanding this effective scope in all parts of Iran. The name “Matiyar” is derived from the original Kurdish language and means “mother’s friend”. This web application, which was prepared without the support of any government institutions or bank or organization and was founded only with the investment of the private sector and donors, will soon be available to all compatriots so that all Iranian people can benefit from The knowledge and experience of these years and in addition to having an expert and experienced coach, can guide their children’s educational and developmental path more accurately and confidently.
The main core of the “genuine education” line of thinking – which is the intelligent return to the national and religious educational heritage of our ancestors – flows in the main arteries of this system and related leadership programs. The beginning of the initial planning and the zero phases of this system goes back to the period of the Coronavirus pandemic, when the importance of a comprehensive parenting structure became more visible. In phase one, preliminary plans were made to prepare the system, related hardware, and software, and train the coaching team of mothers, and now we are on the threshold of phase two. We hope, with the help of God, after updating and final design of the Matiyar web application, we will unveil this program at the end of February this month and present it to the mothers and fathers of our country.
